MCS ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

TUESDAY 11th NOVEMBER at MATHON VILLAGE HALL WR13 5NY

TIME 7pm

Please come along and join us at the annual general meeting . We would love to have your input as to how the club should be run in the coming year. It will also be a fun social occasion especially if lots of members come along.

We are going to order fish and chips for 7pm. Estimated cost is £10.

There is beer and wine for sale or bring your own and any snacks if fish and chips doesn’t appeal.

We plan to start the meeting at 7.30pm.

Peter will send out a poll asking members on the WhatsApp group to sign up for fish and chips nearer the time or let us know by e mail [email protected]..
