Gorgeous weather and Wimbledon so it must be July, enjoy watching and playing tennis.

Thank you to everyone for putting the nets down after playing which helps maintain the courts, please keep up the good work.

Dates to note

6th July American tournament is now on the 3rd August plus an open morning for anyone interested in joining so please spread the word.

We are also planning a tidy /get jobs done in the clubhouse and courts during the weekend of the 3rd and 4th October - just planning in advance! In fact if anyone knows a plumber who could put an outside tap at the club that would be great. If you do please let Sheila know on [email protected] or anyone you see on the committee.

Thank you everyone who helped, attended and organised the Pimms table at West Fest some interest was generated so hopefully we may see some new faces at the club, please welcome anyone who comes to social tennis.

MCS has a social WhatsApp group on which is posted loads of useful stuff about what’s happening at the club ….. tennis and social. If you are not yet a member of the group but would like to please e mail Ali Walford on [email protected] and we will get you signed up.
